An implementation plan is included with the system to define the steps required for getting the system up and running. The most difficult task in a successful installation is the loading of your data. IntelliPart uses a single valid model table (VMT) to contain all makes, models, engines, options, etc. In order to remain competitive in the years ahead, it will be necessary for all companies to have their application data in an electronic form similar to industry accepted standards. If your data is not yet in an electronic form, our analysts can, on a contract basis, work with you to bring your data up to specification. Once that effort is complete, it is an incremental effort to prepare and load the data for IntelliPart.

In order to take maximum advantage of the pricing analysis features in the system, a two-way link must be established between your order/billing system and IntelliPart. New parts, costs, prices and sales history information must be exchanged. A specification of the data required for this link is supplied with the system.
