Training & Support

A system is only as good as the people who run it. Understanding the importance of a well-trained work force to maximize system utilization and minimize support calls, IntelliPart includes initial training with the system. The training sessions are professionally prepared, instructor-led, on-site (or nearby), hands-on training. A printed training manual is provided for each attendee to keep.

Turnover is an issue with any company today. Key personnel using "home-grown" or unsupported systems can become the Achilles Heel of a department. Professional training and support programs lower the cost (and risk) of getting someone new up to speed in a timely fashion.

Phone and email support is available to all customers covered by a current maintenance agreement. Support services also include access to the IntelliPart web site with a list of frequently asked questions and helpful responses. In addition, a maintenance release of the software is published at least once a year to correct problems and add new features to the product.
